NOMAD INFRARED HEATED CLASSES 

Deeply rooted in the NOMAD Method of training, we’ve introduced three powerful ways to move on the mat–Strength, Cardio, and Flow – combining mindful movement with the many benefits infrared heat brings.

 

Be sure to bring your water bottle, a yoga mat & towel, and prepare to get sweaty!

Kettlebell STRENGTH

This class guarantees results, building full-body strength and mental resilience through mindful and effective kettlebell movements. With regular practice, you will improve mobility, coordination, balance and build muscle. These classes will help develop a strong mind and a strong body. What you learn from this class makes you’re body strong & your mind stronger.

NOMAD SIGNATURE 30/20/10

This is a full-body weight 30-minute HIIT workout, combined with a 20-minute yoga sequence followed by a 10-minute meditation. This is for those who want it all but don’t have the time. Our signature NOMAD class of high-impact cardio will condition your body, strengthen your heart, and focus your mind, leaving you flowing with energy and creating a natural high.

NOMAD FLOW

These are all NOMAD’s yoga classes — a full body yoga flow focusing on improving your flexibility, body awareness, balance, full body strength, core strength and connection to the body. Release built-up tension and stress through yoga, conscious breathing & movement. Leaving you with a calm mind and restored body.

NOMAD POWER (none hot)

In a weight lifting class environment, you can expect a motivating and energetic atmosphere where participants of all levels come together to build strength and confidence. The class is led by an experienced instructor who guides you through proper techniques, ensuring safety while maximising effectiveness. Whether you’re lifting heavy or perfecting your form, the class provides a space to challenge yourself and track your progress

ATHLETE CLASS (none hot)

This training method is designed to train like an Athlete to improve overall strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, as you can scale the exercises to match your abilities. Training not only builds physical strength but also emphasises mental toughness, making it a great way to challenge yourself and track your progress over time. Plus, it's a fun way to compete with yourself or others in a supportive environment!
